FAQ

Your work will be completed collaboratively with Write Better Essays by the deadline you indicate on the order form. We always try to deliver the first and final drafts promptly so that you have enough time to check them as needed. Once the work has been completed, we will email it to you.

All communication and work is done in direct cooperation with Bob.

How It Works

1. Complete and submit the quote page including as much of the requested information as possible.

2. You will be contacted by email or WhatsApp to confirm the assistance you need. 

3. A price quote for the assistance requested is sent to you. 

4. Set up an appointment time through WhatsApp, Zoom or Skype to speak and work with you on the assignment and provide the appropriate assistance as needed.

5. A Payment link is sent to you and a 50% deposit is applied.

6. The Appointment (up to one hour) takes place (via WhatsApp, Zoom or Skype) to speak and work with you on the assignment and provide the appropriate assistance as needed.

7. The completed first draft of our work together is completed and sent to you for review, edits and suggestions. 

8. The payment balance of the remaining 50% is applied.

9. A final draft edit is completed using notes and suggestions and sent to you.

Refund Policy

Missed Deadline

Once an order is agreed upon, approved and paid, then a refund is not possible unless the initial deadline has been missed, then a full refund will be issued. However, if the client fails to provide timely, complete and clear instructions on the details of the assignment, a refund will not be issued.

Please note: it is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all the necessary materials and instructions from the class or teacher to complete the task properly.

Quality of Work

We will work hard on each case individually to meet the client’s expectations. Once a draft of an assignment is worked on by the client and us, a refund is usually not possible. If the quality of the work does not meet the expectations of the client, we will always work with the client to revise the work and resolve the issue.

Please note: many decisions by a teacher regarding writing assignments are subjective and outside of our control. In these situations, requests will be reasonably revised as necessary. Sufficient time must be allowed for any revision to be made prior to the deadline.  A client cannot request a refund if the work is revised and the issue is resolved.

If the issue is not resolved after revision, then a refund may be requested. In such cases, detailed proof such as a file with teacher comments, teacher feedback or a detailed teacher message must be provided to support the refund request. 

Plagiarism

All work by Write Better Essays is original and checked by Turnitin previous to returning to the client. However, if there is sufficient evidence provided that the work has plagiarism, then the work will be redone to the client’s specifications. 

Refund Process

If a client requests a refund, they will no longer have access to the work. If, after careful investigation, we reason that all of the client’s instructions were accurately obeyed, a refund will not be issued and all work will be given to the client.

If, after careful investigation, we reason that a refund is valid then the refund will be processed in a reasonable amount of time. Three business days is usual but, depending on each situation, the process may be a little faster or slower.
